Dehradun Health Department In Action After The Groom’s Report Comes Positive, 17 People Quarantined Including The Bride

A case of corona infection in the Dehradun has been stirred up. The young man who was married a week ago has been found to be Corona positive. On Wednesday, the health department swung into action after the groom’s report came back positive. So far 17 Baratis and Gharatis who have attended the wedding, including the bride, have been quarantined.

According to the information received from the Health Department, a young man from Kavali Road was married on 29 June. After marriage, the young man’s health suddenly deteriorated. He complained of cough, cold, and body pain.

When he showed up to a private doctor, the doctor got corona tested from a private lab as a precaution. The groom’s report came back positive on Wednesday. There was a stir in the health department as soon as the report came. In a hurry, a team of doctors arrived at the groom’s house. The groom was admitted to Doon Hospital for treatment.

The team of Dr. Uttam Singh Chauhan and Dr. Rachit Garg were engaged in the day-to-day search for the groom and the wretches who came in contact with the groom. By the time the news was written, 17 people had been quarantined. A team of doctors will send corona samples of all these people on Thursday and send them for examination.

CMO Dr. BC Ramola has appealed to all people to follow the rules of social distancing at weddings completely. He said that the Health Department teams will conduct a confidential investigation of the marriages that take place in the city and surrounding areas. If the violation of the rules of social distancing and crowd of more than 50 people is found, then action will be taken against them.

The health department was informed that a young man was corona positive in Kavali. After the information, the team went to the spot and the matter of marriage and the people involved came out. So far 17 people have been quarantined. All will be investigated.
