A three-day brainstorming camp of Uttarakhand Congress will be organized in Rishikesh. AICC media in-charge Jarita Laftlang and Rajiv Mehrishi said that a three-day brainstorming camp would be organized in Rishikesh from August 3 to 5. In the brainstorming camp, the top leadership of the state will unite and start the campaign for the 2022 assembly elections.

He said that all senior leaders including state in-charge Devendra Yadav, state president Ganesh Godiyal, election campaign committee president Harish Rawat and Leader of Opposition Pritam Singh would be present in the Manthan camp. Along with this, MLAs, former MLAs, state executives, all district presidents, all committees, allied organizations, departments, and officials will participate in the camp on the main topics related to elections.

Suggestions for the manifesto, proposed issues, campaigns, proposed visits and meetings, necessary precautions to be taken during elections, personal action plan for election preparation will be discussed in detail in the camp. Meanwhile, the members of all the committees will present their proposals before the core committee. The purpose of the brainstorming camp is about the strategy and election management of the assembly elections.

Jarita said that the BJP government has failed on every front. The promises made by the BJP to the public in the 2017 elections have not been fulfilled to date. Feedback will be taken from all the committees on the first day of the brainstorming camp on August 3 and further action plans will be sought. On the second day on August 4, a meeting will be held with the members of all frontal organizations, State Congress Committee, and District Congress Committee. The Congress Core Committee meeting will be held on the third day on August 5. In which contemplation and strategy will be decided regarding the assembly elections.
