In Uttarakhand, 22 new Corona infections have been found in the last 24 hours. Not a single patient has died there. While 45 patients were sent home after recovery. At the same time, the number of active cases has reached 609.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, the investigation report of 21238 samples has come negative on Sunday. At the same time, not a single infected patient has been reported in five districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Tehri, and Udham Singh Nagar. At the same time, one each in Champawat and Nainital, five in Dehradun, two each in Haridwar and Pauri, three in Pithoragarh, four each in Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi have been found infected.

So far, the total number of Corona infected in the state has increased to 342161. Of these, 328153 people have been cured. A total of 7362 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state.

A new patient of black fungus
A new patient of black fungus has been found in the state after three days. According to the Health Bulletin, the black fungus has been confirmed in a patient in the Dehradun district. The patient has been admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh for treatment. While six patients have been sent home after recovery. The total number of patients has gone up to 556. Out of which 236 patients have become healthy while 124 patients have died.

Teach teacher by following corona guideline
In the meeting of Haridwar District Academic Group (DRG) held in the auditorium of Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College Sector 1, Chief Education Officer Dr. Anand Bhardwaj said that the state government has decided to open schools from class 9 to 12. Schools of classes 6 to 8 are also proposed to be opened from 16 August. In such a situation, the challenge is how to do teaching work, giving priority to the health of the children. While discussing educational issues, he emphasized preparing a strategy for better education along with the safety of children in the Corona period.

Chief Education Officer Dr. Anand Bhardwaj said that schools should be opened by following SOPs. He said that for one year, efforts were made to teach children through online teaching and worksheets, etc. It has shown positive results. E-content for classes 1 to 8 has also been prepared. Which will benefit the children. District Education Officer Priority Dr. Vidya Shankar Chaturvedi said that the teachers would soon compensate for the loss caused to the children due to the odd circumstances of Corona.

He said that the health of the children is the first priority.
