India’s star badminton player PV Sindhu won the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics. He created history by defeating Chinese player Bing Xiao in straight sets. She also became the first Indian athlete to win two Olympic medals. Earlier, Sindhu had won a silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics. This is Sindhu’s second consecutive Olympic medal.
