I wish the speedy recovery of the injured. India stands with Indonesia in this hour of grief.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also expressed grief over the loss of lives due to the massive earthquake in Java, Indonesia. At least 162 people were killed and hundreds more injured in an earthquake that destroyed many houses on Indonesia’s densely populated main island of Java.

Jaishankar said on Twitter that it was very sad to hear about the loss of life and property due to the earthquake in Java, Indonesia. He said my condolences to the bereaved families. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. India stands with Indonesia in this difficult time.
