During this, he demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter from the government. At the same time, Ankita’s mother shed tears remembering her daughter. To get justice for Ankita Bhandari, Yuva Nyay Sangharsh Samiti is staging a sit-in in Koelghati for 41 days. The members of the committee are observing fast and fast unto death. Ankita’s father Virendra Bhandari also reached the protest site on Monday evening. At the same time, today they will participate in the dharna for the whole day.

He said that he does not trust the SIT investigation. He is demanding a CBI inquiry into the matter, but no hearing is taking place. Said that he will continue to struggle until the CBI inquiry into the matter starts. Questioning the functioning of the police, he said that the evidence at the crime scene was destroyed the very next day of the incident. The room in the factory near the spot where the other accused lived was also set on fire. He said that all the evidence related to the incident had been destroyed.

SIT is probing the matter. When the evidence is over, then from where will the accused get severe punishment? He said that 10 days after the incident, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had come to his village to meet him, he also assured to punish the accused soon and run the trial of this case in a fast-track court. But to date, nothing has happened.
