Lucknow/Meerut. As the Bharatiya Janata Party ramps up its groundwork in Uttar Pradesh for the upcoming Mission 2027, national leader Nitin Navin is scheduled to visit the western districts of the state. He will be in Meerut on 21 September and in Saharanpur on 22 September to audit organisational preparedness.

During the brief visit, Navin’s agenda will extend beyond senior party functionaries. He plans to sit down with convenors of the Shakti Kendra network and rank‑and‑file workers, soliciting first‑hand feedback on local issues, the health of the party machinery, and the overall election‑readiness of the region.

On 21 September in Meerut, Navin will host a “Yuva Samvad” (youth dialogue) and a conference for Shakti Kendra convenors. He will also meet with MPs and MLAs representing western UP. The programme includes interactions with roughly 5,000 convenors, through whom he will evaluate booth‑level structures, activist vigor, and district‑specific dynamics.

This field trip coincides with a broader reshuffle of the state BJP’s organisational chart. New in‑charges have been appointed for every district, and Navin’s inspection is seen as a vital checkpoint to ensure the revamped hierarchy is functioning smoothly and that upcoming campaigns are on track.

The second day, 22 September, finds Navin in Saharanpur. After offering prayers at the Maa Shakumbhari Devi temple, he will attend a series of meetings with party leaders, workers, former MPs, former MLAs, and ex‑office‑bearers, further probing the depth of the party’s grassroots network.

Overall, the BJP is consolidating its presence across western Uttar Pradesh at the booth, Shakti Kendra, mandal (block/cluster), and district levels, laying the foundation for a robust performance in the 2027 elections.
