Dehradun. There has been some relief in the state due to continuous rains for three days. It was sunny in most areas including Dehradun on Monday. However, clouds are still hovering in some areas. There has been a slight rise in the temperature in the plains due to sunshine. At the same time, there is a possibility of light drizzle in some places in the mountainous areas. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather pattern may change for the next few days. There may be hailstorms with light rain and thunder-glow in some places. A yellow alert has been issued in this regard.

The weather pattern has changed in Uttarakhand. After heavy rains for the last three days in most areas of the state, the twinkle of sunshine and clouds continued on Sunday. Light drizzle was also recorded in some places along with cloud cover in the hilly areas. However, the temperature has started rising in the plains due to partly cloudy skies. There was a huge drop in the temperature due to rain and snowfall from the mountains to the plains for the last three days.

Due to this, there is a chill in the mountains. According to the Meteorological Center, the weather may change in the state for the next two days. Partly to mainly cloudy skies are likely over most areas. There may be light rain and snowfall in the mountainous areas. There are chances of rain and hailstorm with thunder and lightning in the low-lying areas. A warning has also been issued for strong winds in the plains.
