No Water No Vote
Where on one side there was talk of the development of villages and districts. On the other hand, another village of Uttarakhand boycotted the elections. The news is from Jaspur in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, where the former MLA has committed blasphemy for 5 years and could not even get a water connection installed during his tenure. Due to the demand for water 5 years ago, the public had raised the demand for a water tank. But even after five years of leaders’ rounds, the people there got angry after not getting the solution and they accused the MLA of Jaspur of disobedience and also boycotted the assembly elections with slogans of no water or no vote.
