Most of the buses of the depot are on Chardham Yatra. Some buses are plying on the Mussoorie route. At the same time, the tourist crowd is increasing for Mussoorie. Due to this, there is a shortage of buses. Even on Sunday, Mussoorie Adda was packed with tourists since morning. Here tourists had to wait for hours for buses. Station in-charge Mejpal Singh said that there is a problem due to a lack of buses. For the convenience of the passengers, the frequency of buses for Mussoorie is being increased every day.

State President of State Corporation Employees Officers Federation Dinesh Gusain has raised the demand to get the toilets cleaned in the Mussoorie bus stand of Doon. He said that the number of tourists is increasing at this base, but the condition of toilets is worse. Dirt is spread at the base, it is difficult to stand here for some time due to the stench. Told that the roadways passenger charges two to three rupees per ticket in the name of convenience, but nothing is being found in the name of facilities. He has raised the demand for providing passenger facilities at the airport.
