Delhi-NCR. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will take out a roadshow from Patel Chowk to Jai Singh Road Junction on Sansad Marg from 3 pm today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in this. Also, a large number of people are likely to attend. Delhi Traffic Police officials say that special traffic arrangements have been made in the areas around the roadshow route to ensure smooth traffic management. Delhi Police has advised people to avoid coming to New Delhi unless absolutely necessary and take adequate time.

Due to BJP’s road show on Monday from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm Ashok Road from Windsor Place to GPO (both carriageways), Jai Singh Road, Sansad Marg, Tolstoy Marg from Janpath to Sansad Marg, Rafi from Rail Bhavan Golchakkar to Sansad Marg Marg, Jantar-Mantar Road, Imtiaz Khan Marg, and Bangla Sahib Lane will remain closed.

Roadshow on Baba Kharak Singh Road, Outer Circle Connaught Place, Park Street/Shankar Road, Minto Road, Mandir Marg, Barakhamba Road, Panchkula Road, Raisina Road, Tolstoy Marg, Janpath, Ferozshah Road, Sunehri Masjid to Rail Bhavan Golchakkar Traffic will be affected on Rafi Marg, Rani Jhansi Road, DBG Road, Chelmsford Road, Bhai Vir Singh Marg, DDU Marg, Ranjit Singh Flyover, Talkatora Road and Pandit Pant Marg.
