Haridwar. The gates of Rajaji Tiger Reserve Park have been closed for tourists as soon as the monsoon season begins. Now tourists will have to wait for five months to visit the Rajaji Tiger Reserve Park and see the wildlife. Rajaji Tiger Reserve Park gates are opened for tourists from 15 November to 15 June every year. The gates of various ranges of Rajaji Tiger Reserve Park have been closed for tourists at 5 pm on 15th June.

The doors of Ranipur Gate located in the Haridwar range of the park were closed in the presence of Forest Area Officer Vijay Saini. The doors of the Chila range were closed in the presence of Forest Officer Anil Panuli. Now the doors of various ranges of Rajaji Park will be opened for tourists on November 15, 2022, only after the five-month monsoon season has passed. Haridwar range forest officer Vijay Saini said that during the monsoon season, there are all kinds of problems in doing a safari on the park’s paths. Due to this, the doors of the park are closed for tourists from June 15 to November 15.
