Haridwar. Rajya Sabha member Anil Baluni, who reached the BJP’s two-day program which started in Haridwar, said that the cancer hospital will be equipped with world-class state-of-the-art facilities.

Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni said that cancer treatment facilities will be started in Haridwar and Haldwani by the end of this year. The contract for the cancer hospital will be signed between the state government, the Department of Atomic Energy, and Tata Institute next week. He said that the infrastructure of the cancer hospital is already in place in Haldwani. Chemotherapy and treatment facilities will be started there.

Rajya Sabha member Anil Baluni, who attended the BJP’s two-day program which started in Haridwar on Friday, said that the cancer hospital will be equipped with world-class state-of-the-art facilities. It will take years to build a hospital by taking land in Haridwar.

Therefore, the government will start treatment by installing medical equipment in an already constructed building. Several buildings have been marked. One of these is yet to be finalized. After this, cancer patients of Uttarakhand will not have to go to Delhi and other big cities for treatment.
