Tension remains between India and China on the Line of Actual Control. In eastern Ladakh, armies on both sides are face to face and are constantly increasing their military capabilities. On the other hand, a spokesman of the Indian Army said on Monday that about 500 Chinese soldiers were trying to illegally infiltrate the Indian territory on the LAC on the night of 29-30 August, although the already vigilant Indian soldiers did not allow them to proceed. And drove back.

At the same time, sources are being quoted saying that a special team of the Indian Army has occupied an important place near Pangong Lake, to which China has objected. Sources said that this high altitude area occupied by Indian Army soldiers, including a Special Operations Battalion, is located on the southern bank of Pangong Tso Lake near Thakung. This place was lying dormant, it was taken back by the Special Forces of the Indian Army. It is being said that after occupying this place, India can now get a strategic advantage in controlling the lake and the surrounding southern coast against China.

According to sources, a Special Operation Battalion was recently dispatched to the area and deployed in the area on the night of 29-30 August. The same night, this high altitude was captured, barely a few hundred meters from where Chinese soldiers were present. While the high altitude falls under Indian territory, China also claims it to be in its favor.

On the other hand, the Chinese army has opposed this military action of India and said that it demands India to withdraw its troops from the China-India border to avoid tension. China says that India has not complied with the commander and diplomatic level and has entered the Chinese territory on the LAC within four kilometers.
