New Delhi. The Union Health Secretary has also expressed concern about not spreading corona infection during Haridwar Kumbh Mela. He has spoken of taking strict steps to prevent the spread of infection during the fair.

Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has said that the high-level central team which visited Uttarakhand has expressed concern about the spread of corona infection during the Kumbh Mela.

It has been written to the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. In which he has given special consideration to the concern raised by the high-level central team. He has written that during Kumbh Mela, a number of steps need to be taken to prevent the spread of corona infection.

The Union Health Secretary has also said that according to the report of the central team, 10-20 pilgrims and 10-20 local people are being reported as Corona positive every day in Haridwar. The state has been informed that daily Korana checkups in Haridwar are not sufficient.

There is no restriction on coming to Kumbh: Tirath Singh Rawat

On the other hand, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat Saturday inaugurated the Kumbh works at a cost of Rs 120 crore at the Kumbh Media Center in Chandi island. On this occasion, Rawat said that Kumbh is the heritage of the whole world.

There was confusion about Kovid-19 in Kumbh. There were concerns from the business class to the general public. The state government has eliminated unnecessary restrictions. However, it will be necessary to follow the guidelines of Kovid-19 issued by the central government.
