Along with him, Chudiala, who was the District President of BSP, besides former Panchayat representatives and youth took membership in BJP. Everyone wholeheartedly praised the leadership ability of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Harpal Saathi, a three-time Lok Sabha MP, has termed joining the Congress as a big mistake and also talked about crossing the Lakshman Rekha.
