Chamoli. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the disaster-hit Dungri village of Chamoli district on Friday. During this, he consoled the family while meeting the families of two people missing in the landslide due to excessive rain. The Chief Minister said that the government would extend all possible help to the affected families. He also took stock of the damage caused by the disaster in Dungri village and directed the officials to expedite the relief and rescue work. Assured that no shortage of resources will be allowed. During the survey, Tourism and District In-charge Minister Shri Satpal Maharaj and Disaster Management Minister Dr. Dhansingh Rawat were also present along with the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has written a letter to the ministers in charge of all the districts, expecting them to inspect the relief works in their districts in this natural calamity. Provide immediate relief to the disaster-affected Chief Minister Dhami has called upon all the ministers in charge while visiting their districts to conduct an on-site inspection of disaster-affected areas, review of rescue and relief works, relief material, distribution of funds and well being of the affected families and the damaged works. Take reconstruction action.
