On the occasion of State Foundation Day, in the CM residence, the CM told the media that Gairsain has been made the summer capital. The government is committed to its development. Concerted efforts are also being made in this direction. Work is being done on the ground. The roadmap for development has been prepared. It is progressing rapidly on that. In such a situation, there is no need for Congress to worry about Gairsain. Gairsain is being developed as a hub of new possibilities.

The all-weather road is being developed. Work is going on fast. A network of roads is being laid under Bharat Mala Project. The air connectivity of the state has improved. Earlier, 250 people used to come to Jolly Grant Airport. Now 1600 people will be able to come. Efforts on the Rishikesh-Karnprayag railway line, Tanakpur-Bageshwar railway line, Roorkee Deoband line, Doiwala Rishikesh railway line are also progressing rapidly. Work is underway on the DPR of the Doon Tehri Tunnel.

Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman
CM said that this time Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman will be given on the state foundation day. People who have brought light to the development of the state and the name of the state. He will be given this award. This is the first time this has been attempted. This time people will be connected to the state foundation day till the village level.

A good job was done in disaster
The CM said that better work has been done in the disaster. Relief and rescue operations were carried out expeditiously. Rehabilitation works are being done. The focus of the government is on strengthening the disaster system of the state.

400 decisions taken in four months
The CM said that the government has taken 400 decisions in the tenure of four months regarding the development of the state. Concerted efforts were made in the direction of development. Future development plans have been drawn up.

Harish said if he comes to power, he will shift the capital to Gairsain in two and a half years
Earlier, former CM Harish Rawat, chairman of the Congress Election Campaign Committee, said that if voted to power, the Congress will shift the capital to Gairsain in two and a half years. The Congress termed the next two-day session of the Vidhan Sabha being held in Gairsain on November 29 and 30 as a hoax with Uttarakhand. On November 29, the first day of the session, Congress will take out a rally in Gairsain.
