Bhopal. A six-year-old child took his sick father on a handcart and reached the government hospital for treatment. The matter came to light when some people saw the boy pushing the handcart along with his mother and the video of the incident went viral. This incident is in Baliyari town of Singrauli district. The victim’s family waited for an ambulance for more than an hour, but due to the delay in the arrival of the vehicle, the child had to take his father on a cart to the hospital.

In the viral video, a boy dressed in a T-shirt and blue denim is seen trying to control the speed of the vehicle. He carried the handcart for three kilometers. His mother was also pushing the cart.
After the video of the incident surfaced on social media, the Singrauli district administration took cognizance of the matter and ordered an inquiry into the matter on Saturday evening.

Singrauli Additional Collector D.P. Burman told the press, it is learned that due to the non-availability of an ambulance, the patient had to be taken to the hospital by taking his wife and innocent son on a handcart. The Chief Medical Officer and Civil Surgeon have been directed to find out the reasons for the non-availability of ambulances.
