Dehradun. Another fraud of industrialist Sudhir Windlass has come to the fore. The land, which had been sued in the fraudulent way of trading, was sold again. Not only this but documents were also disappeared from the registry office. But, the matter came to light from the scanning document. Now again the third case has been registered against Sudhir Windlass and a total of 12 including his brother at Rajpur police station. It is being told that now the sword of arrest is also hanging over him.

20 bighas of land were made in the name of the driver in a fake manner
Sudhir Windlass had fraudulently got 20 bighas of land belonging to the family of Sanjay Chaudhary, owner of Doon Para Medical College, in the name of his driver. The SIT investigated this fraud in the year 2010 and recommended the trial. But, the case was not registered for many years. Recently, when a complaint was made to the Director-General of Police, on his instructions, a case was registered in Rajpur police station on charges of forgery. After this, a case of cheating was registered against him on the complaint of a former army officer.

Meanwhile, it was learned that Sudhir Windlass along with his brother Pradeep Windlass had committed another forgery regarding this land. Actually, Sanjay Chaudhary’s family had bought this land from the Gupta family. The Gupta family had bought this land in 1983 from a person named Gangbahadur. It was learned that Sudhir Windlass has got this land signed in June 2021. For this, he made the documents of the purchase between Gangbahadur (no longer in this world) and the Gupta family disappear. After this, he himself was shown buying this land from the heirs of Gangbahadur.

Due to the disappearance of the document, it appeared as if this land was never sold to the family of Sanjay Chaudhary. He also complained about this to the DIG range office last year. But, here Windlass himself got stuck. In the investigation of the police and Sanjay Chaudhary, the documents of the purchase of this land between Gupta and Gangbahadur were found scanning. In this way, when the entire evidence was brought to the police, the police were also surprised. The Director-General of Police ordered to register another case in this matter. After these orders, now Sudhir Windlass, Pradeep Windlass, Gangbahadur’s son Amarveer Lama, Ranveer Lama, Anup Lama, daughter Jayamaya, Nirmala Gurung, Roma, Usha Thapa, Pushpa Lama, Madhu Thapa, Sukhbir Lama’s wife Kavita Lama, Kishore Thapa’s A case has been registered against daughter Hina Thapa and Sukhbir Lama’s son Suraj Lama for forgery and cheating.

Five crore land in only three lakh
The market value of this land can be estimated from the fact that its circle rate is estimated to be Rs.5 crore. But, here he also made a mistake in the purchase. The mistake was that the stamp duty was deposited in full according to the circle rate, but its value was shown only like three and a half lakh rupees. The windlass was stunned in this too.

Running here and there to avoid arrest
This is the third case registered against Sudhir Windlass. In such a situation, his arrest is being considered fixed. It is being told that he has not even got a stay from the High Court. In such a situation, now he has appealed from the leader to the officers to avoid arrest. However, whether this request works or not, only time will tell. But, it is certain that the sword of arrest is hanging over him.
