Dehradun. On Friday, Vigilance raided the Ayurveda University and took possession of documents related to many cases. The officials were present on the university campus for about three hours. However, during this period no question of interrogation has come to the fore. Vigilance is probing many irregularities in Ayurveda University.

This includes material procurement, recruitment, and financial irregularities for the university. All these cases were reported from 2017 to 2021. Vigilance is conducting an open investigation into the cases. Vigilance teams have already questioned the officials in this regard. However, Vigilance has not reached the final decision in any case yet.

According to sources, the team reached the university on Friday afternoon. Vigilance officers raided several sections here. Many documents were seized from there. No officer has been questioned during this period. It is being told that Vigilance can continue the action on Saturday as well. According to sources, Vigilance has also sent notices to several officials for recording their statements.
