Satpuli, Pauri Garhwal. The final match of the first edition of Maa Gauraja Cricket League 2021 was played at Silla Baanghat in Satpuli village of Pauri Garhwal district. The final match of the first edition of Maa Gauraja Cricket League 2021, which started on 8 January 2021, was played between the teams of Rabada XI Chelsayan and Malli XI. The final was inaugurated by Satpuli Nagar Panchayat President Anjana Verma, senior journalist and philanthropist Rakesh Bijalvan, social worker, and Trilok Singh Chauhan, son of businessman Sundar Singh Chauhan. A large number of spectators were present on this occasion besides the dignitaries and supporters of both teams.

4-run thrilling win
In the final, Malli XI captain Mandeep Dobriyal won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Rabada XI Chelusain’s team lost all wickets in 14.1 overs to score 105 runs. Chasing the target, the team of Malli XI could score 101 runs after losing 9 wickets in the prescribed 15 overs. Thus, in the final match, Rabada XI Chelusain registered a thrilling victory by 4 runs.

21 thousand rewards for the winning team and 11 thousand for the winning team
The players and committee members were rewarded by Satpuli Nagar Panchayat President Anjana Verma and social activist Rakesh Bijalvan at the end of the final match. In which the winning team Rabada XI Chelusain was given cash and a trophy of 21 thousand rupees. At the same time, the cash prize and trophy of Rs 11 thousand was given to the runner-up team Malli XI by Rakesh Bijalvan. Suraj from Malli XI was awarded the best player of the tournament, Suraj from Malli XI for the best batting award, and Laxman from Malli XI for the best bowling also. Rabada XI Chelusain was awarded for discipline in the Ma Gauraja Cricket League 2021.
