He said that Sisodia is the proxy of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in liquor deals.

Anil Kumar said that he had written a letter to Anna Hazare to make Delhi a drug capital, asking Kejriwal to put pressure on him to stop this dangerous liquor business. Anil Kumar said that the CBI should investigate the connection of Deep Malhotra and the Punjab government in the liquor scam, and also investigate how liquor shops were opened in 18 assembly constituencies and in non-confirmed areas.

He said that Sisodia had implemented the new liquor policy without the permission of the cabinet. Together they were making a strategy to introduce new liquor, under which Kejriwal and Sisodia got thousands of crores of rupees in bribes.

Anil Kumar said that Kejriwal, who now constantly talks about free education and health care, himself did not bother to implement it in Delhi for the last 8 years, which clearly exposes his duality in his words and deeds There is a difference between the ground and the sky. He said that Kejriwal is doing vote bank politics by misleading the people of Delhi for his political gains.

Anil Kumar was surprised that Excise Minister Manish Sisodia, who is also the Education and Health Minister, took the initiative to implement the disastrous new liquor policy without rules and regulations, which would not only cause irreparable damage to the health and future of the youth.
