Dehradun. On Wednesday, Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat inspected the Covid Care Center set up at the International Cricket Stadium Raipur, Dehradun. All types of facilities are being provided in this Covid Center as per Covid-19 standards. It currently has a capacity of 450 beds. According to the instructions of the Chief Minister, 500 beds are being increased immediately. The Chief Minister gave clear instructions that for the people staying in Covid Care Center, a kit of essential materials will be given free of cost, and arrangements should be made for food. Sanitizing, thermal screening, CCTV cameras and all other necessary arrangements as per Covid’s standards should be conducted smoothly in the Covid Care Center.

The Chief Minister ordered that oxygen support beds should be placed here and quality food should be arranged. Instructions have also been given to keep the toilets clean with complete sanitizing. In case of any deterioration of a corona infection, immediately referring to the Higher Center has asked to make proper arrangements to reach there. The Chief Minister gave strict instructions to DM Dehradun to ensure the baseline assessment of the corona infected and make arrangements for their treatment as per the requirement. Cooperation should also be sought from private hospitals to increase the capacity of Covid beds.

The Chief Minister also visited Doon Hospital and Coronation Hospital. The Chief Minister has directed the Coronation Hospital to be a Covid Hospital. The Chief Minister said that the Government of the Government is fully committed that the common people should not face any kind of problem. There is sufficient oxygen in the hospitals of all the districts. There is also full availability of medicines and other essential equipment. He said that in this hour of crisis, the government is committed to all its resources with full commitment to provide all possible help and better medical care to the people of its state. He assured that the government stands firmly for the people and with the people.
