He has given strict instructions to the officers and employees so that the electricity consumers do not have to face the problem of electricity. MD says that no consumer will have to wait long for the solution to the electricity problem. For this, they have also issued a toll-free number. The state government has promised to provide 24 hours electricity to the people.

Apart from this, if there is a power failure in any area of ​​the state, consumers can register their problem by contacting the toll-free number 1912. The solution to this problem will be found within two hours only, but even if there is a change in the power lines in any area or if the pole is changed or a major fault occurs, the consumers should know that by when the problem will be solved. This information will also be available through toll-free numbers.

A big step was taken because of this
In fact, it is seen in the remote areas of the state that due to the negligence of the electricity workers, even a small fault of electricity is not correct for a long time, due to which the public suffers a lot of electrical problems, but now the public has electricity in any area. If there is a problem, then by calling on the toll-free number, the public will get the solution to the power problems. If any officer or employee is negligent in his work, then action will be taken against him also. Not only this, Deepak Rawat, who became the new MD of Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, has clearly said that the public should not face any kind of problem.

In fact, in order to fulfill the government’s promise of providing 24 hours electricity in the state, MD UPCL has also appealed to the public that if there is a power failure in any area, then inform it on the toll-free number, so that the problem will be resolved soon after getting the information.
