Silver Jubilee Celebration with a Sacred Ritual
In a gesture that blended politics with spirituality, Uttarakhand’s Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the historic Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi on Wednesday to honour the 25‑year milestone of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public career.
Prayer for Robust Health and Enduring Service
Within the temple’s ancient sanctum, Dhami conducted a dedicated puja to Lord Vishwanath, earnestly seeking robust health, long life and sustained vigor for the Prime Minister as he continues to steer India’s development.
Reflecting on a Quarter‑Century of Leadership
During the ceremony, the chief minister highlighted Modi’s unwavering dedication to national service, public welfare and economic progress over the past two and a half decades, crediting his vision with injecting fresh momentum into the country’s trajectory.
Vision for a Fully Developed Nation
While chanting hymns, Dhami expressed confidence that India will keep advancing toward the goal of a fully developed nation under Modi’s guidance, describing the act of seeking Baba Vishwanath’s blessings from the “Devbhoomi” of Uttarakhand as a profound honour.
The solemn puja at one of Hinduism’s most revered shrines served both as a tribute to Modi’s quarter‑century in public office and as a heartfelt appeal for his continued well‑being and contribution to the nation.
